P50 Trailer

The P50 Trailer offers power and manoeuvrability, enabling you to access tight areas where a van wouldn’t fit. This versatile mobile jetting unit is ideal for surface cleaning and anything from medium to large bore pipework, making it ideal for domestic to large commercial cleaning, including large pipework, storm drains and culverts. The P50 Trailer is available in either 4000psi @ 13gpm or 3000psi @ 17gpm.

Please note this is a stage 3a emissions limits compliant version and is only for use OUTSIDE of the UK and EU Countries. If you want a P50 for use in Countries in these areas, then you will need a a Stage V compliant P50 which is in the next section of this menu.

Description

The P50 trailer offers power and manoeuvrability, enabling you to access tight areas where a van wouldn’t fit.

Key features

  • Performance 13gpm (59 Lpm) @ 4000 psi (275 Bar) or 17gpm (77 Lpm) @ 3000 psi (200 Bar)
  • Application: Up to 15 (381mm) diameter drains and proportionately above. Can power 60mm diameter spinning jets, chain flails, chain scrapers (including Enz 10.060BTR-CH), Enz Bulldog. Warthog, 75mm Enz Grenade bomb jet, plough jets etc. Arguably the most effective jetter in its class, with serious blockage and drain surface cleaning capability. Scale, cement, concrete, rubble, sand, damaged liner, and large root removal within its capability.
  • Provides powerful surface cleaning capability for very large surace areas and tough substance removal. Because of its power, test cleaning should always be done before undertaking jobs.
  • Pump: Positive displacement triplex Ceramic plunger pump -Self-priming with oil bath splash lubrication and alloy bronze head
  • Antifreeze facility providing full protection against frost damage
  • Drive: Pulley/timing belt reduction & Gates 8M carbon Kevlar drive belt
  • Engine: Isuzu 4LE1 4cyl Water Cooled (by heat exchanger) diesel engine, delivers 34KW, with automatic shut- down on low oil pressure & high water temp
  • Engine features an hour counter and emergency stop button
  • Pump and engine assembly mounted on a sub-frame, with flexible mounts to trailer
  • Fitted with a 455 litre (100 gallon) fabricated polypropylene baffled water tank
  • Integral 25 litre antifreeze tank and 19mm ballcock water level control in main tank
  • Pressure gauge, hour counter and stainless steel diverter valve
  • Trailer: Jetter mounted on galvanized steel, braked, single axle trailer with ball hitch jockey wheel, steel mudguards, LED lighting, spare
