Safety Awareness.

A must for all operators whether a new starter or for refresher training. A 1 day course focusing on safe working procedures, risk assessment, hazard avoidance and management.

Trainees will participate in theory & practical sessions aimed at teaching safety awareness which can be used effectively during jetting work.

Topics include: injury risks, disease hazards, how to assess and reduce the risks at a work site, safe use of jetting equipment, safe drain cleaning techniques, use of PPE.

Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate and photo card that is valid for 3 years.

Practical Jetting Training.

A 1 day course providing hands-on training on one of a choice of jetting techniques:

•Drainage & sewer cleaning

•Tube cleaning

•Surface preparation & cleaning

•Cutting & breaking

Trainees will be given instruction on effective jetting techniques and practical tips and advice. Topics include: machine operation, job planning and execution, problem solving, best practice and effective jetting methods.

Trainees will then put in to practice what they have learned and be assessed whilst performing jetting tasks.

Successful candidates will be awarded continuously valid certificates.
