Jetting Van Equipment – Supply & Installation Services
Robojet’s engineers have for many years been installing a wide range of equipment into and onto owners’ vans that are kitted out for drainage & surface cleaning work.
We aim to have quick turn-around (most vans can be kitted out from empty within 2 days) & to save you money by providing a wide range of tools & equipment, van kit & installation from our single location. Reducing time off the road can often make better financial sense than purchasing from multiple retailers. Often savings can also be made from multi item package purchases.

Van racking & shelving units
Hand-made powder coated steel shelving racks with washable polypropylene box shelves. Light, strong and practical. Installation included. Bespoke design service available.
Waterproof polypropylene van flooring
Both half van & full van floor coverings are available. Provides a water-tight and washable polypropylene van floor which is hard wearing and able to resist oils, fuels, wastewater and the hard knocks that come with operating a jetting van. Hand measured and installed, with heat welded seams between floor & van side-skirts. Prevents water soaking into van floor which happens with plywood flooring alone, leading to metal van floor corrosion, foul smells and poor hygiene.
Polypropylene is lighter and less slippery than checker-plate and won’t split and corrode.
Van internal & external lighting
We offer a comprehensive service installing internal & external van lighting including

Plywood bulk heads & van lining kits
Whether you just need a mid-van bulkhead to create separate wet & dry van areas or you are looking to replace existing sections of plywood van lining, then we can help. Full plywood fit outs can be provided. Other examples of work include removable shelves above your jetting unit.
Van storage boxes & Roof storage
Robojet can supply & install a wide variety of storage boxes Including for flammable substances & chemicals, for tools & electrical equipment. Especially when space is at a premium, roof carriers for pipes, drain cleaning rods etc can be useful. Robojet can supply & install.
Tool & manhole key holders
Robojet has designed its own powder coated steel tool rack that can be installed in to your van, often on the inside of the rear doors, which enables you to organise and have easy access to manhole lifting keys, pry-bars and other hand tools. We can install them too.
